Yoked to Jesus

The Lord brought this to my heart during my time in prayer. Remember, that Jesus will never steer you wrong. While remaining connected/ abiding in and yoked to Jesus, who is the lifeline you are connected to, you are allowing His guidance to divinely navigate you to your intended destination. Sometimes you may not know where you are going but you can rest assure that Christ knows. You can be confident in His intentions and His motives for you because His intentions is laid out in His word. You serve a God who does not lie. He wants to prosper you and not harm you. He wants to give you a hope and a future. 

I also got this picture of an electric charge. Try imagining it running through a connected wire. Within that charge, I see Jesus as the main power source. You as part of the believing body must remain connected (yoked) to Jesus for His light to shine through you. Now can you imagine a surplus of believers allowing their light to shine? Can you envision His glory being illuminated brightly ( like a bright shining star) bringing clear view and hope to those around us? It is our job to remain connected. As we stand together, the darkness is overshadowed by His shining light.
